No. Louisiana policyholders may choose the repair facility they want. An insurer may recommend a shop, but it must tell you that you are not obligated to use that shop or network.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the damage, parts availability and insurer approvals. Metry will give you a realistic estimate and contact you if the schedule changes.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
